Tilt Five Patch: support for local co-op
Greetings, exciting adventurers! Hold onto your seats because we've got some exciting news to unleash upon you! Prepare for a wild ride because we are thrilled to announce that we've brought the local co-op experience in Battle Planet for Tilt Five! Get ready to dive into the action with Multiglasses and Mixcast, now fully integrated into the game! (Whoop, whoop!) But that's not all, folks! We've cranked up the excitement by updating the Tilt Five driver to version 1.3.3! We've even added a handy reminder to make sure your Tilt Five drivers stay as fresh as the game itself. Plus, we've vanquished a pesky bug that had the audacity to mix up players and glasses, making the Player 2 control the Player 1 control and vice versa. Say goodbye to the glasses-swapping chaos when the game starts!
Bugfix Patch: Revive Mechanic & Projectile Visibility
A small update patch that addresses some bugs related to cooperative gameplay. This patch fixes some issues that were disruptive when playing with a friend and made Coop not function properly. Now, cooperative play will be fully fun and functional again. Bug-Fixes Fixed revive mechanic in coop, you can now properly revive each other again Fixed visibility of projectiles for player 2 Fixed Revive: Previously, players were unable to revive their buddy, resulting in a frustrating soft lock. We made sure this issue is resolved and you can get up and fighting again consistently! Fixed Projectile Visibility: When playing on Split Screen, Player 2 would not be able to see any projectiles shot, just the lights which should follow the bullets. This, of course, is very disadvantageous with how many projectiles fly around the screen at all times. Now, all projectiles will be visible again when joining a friend as a partner in crime. Fire away! As always, if you encounter any issues or have feedback, let us know on Discord or here on Steam. {STEAM_CLAN_IMAGE}/35493203/015629623e9d62a25835e337c8a0e668ecf92d03.gif{STEAM_CLAN_IMAGE}/35493203/5adb0c9b7682fd478c8b1f91a87ddf0d1747f41c.gif Left: Old Version with invisible Projectiles for Player 2 Right: Fixed Projectiles on new Patch
Avis des critiques et joueurs
Critiques de la Presse (Metacritic)
« Battle Planet: Judgement Day is a shooter that's best played in short bursts with a friend in tow. The lack of objective variety can quickly dull your excitement, and the phantom attacks from enemies can be frustrating. The shooting is good enough that you can suffer through some terrible guns now and then, and the level design is enjoyable enough to merit a break from more involved titles. »
« Battle Planet: Judgement Day offers an action-packed ride that you and your friends can enjoy for many hours to come. I personally enjoyed running around co-op style with my friends and seeing how far we can get before switching and making fun of the others. With only a few tweaks the developers could really polish it into a pure Gem. With a price point of $14.99 on steam, I think it’s a great buy. »
« Uninspired Rogue-lite action on rotating planets. »
Avis des Joueurs (Metacritic)
« Battle Planet: Judgement Day, aside from the Rogue-Lite elements, would be a huge arcade hit circa 1985. You jump in, run around like your hair is on fire for 5-30 minutes, and enjoy the chaos on a 3D planet that greatly differentiates the gameplay from side-scrolling shooters and other rogue-likes. There's no complex story, no puzzles to solve and no long cut scenes. It's just straight unadulterated arcade fun for you and a friend (friend highly recommended) in a way you have likely never experienced before. »
