Gas Guzzlers: Combat Carnage is a fast-paced addictive combat racing game for the PC. The game features many different vehicles, weapons, upgrades, on-track bonuses as well as distinctive and astonishing environments. The player starts with a low-performance vehicle and gradually works his way up by earning money in a series of challenging races.With an initial amount of money,the player buys his first car without upgrades.
The game is run through the series of events\challenges that are divided into four separate categories. Categories, tracks and vehicles are unlocked as player progresses throughout the game. After selecting the class (only the first class is enabled at the beginning) selection of events follows. At the start of the game number of events is limited but it increases in time depending mainly on player's score. Unlocked events can be played an unlimited number of times and each time player can win points and money for the selected event. The transition from the lower to the higher class is achieved by winning in the special tournament event. Besides the players, various AI simulated drivers engage in events and challenges. All AI drivers are simulated according to their parameters and settings. Computer opponents can progress and improve their vehicles in a way similar to the player's. This provides an additional reality aspect for the whole game. For each category there is an official rank roster which shows the current positions for all the drivers. The player must achieve victories on a regular basis to be consistently at the top and earn the money to maintain his vehicle and save some for a new one. All upgrades come with price tags, which rise depending on the class car type. Standard types of events/challenges are races, knock-outs and tournaments. Some events have prerequisites that have to be met before participating in the race (specific class, car type, car color, type of weapon allowed...).

Tout simplement superbe (sons, musiques, graphisme, personalisation, gameplay), ça sent bon [b] la salle d'arcade[/b] :) et le tout pour moins de 3 euros.
Bon!!! Ce jeu est une petite surprise avec un petit prix. Il est relativement simple en ce qui concerne l'interface et les modes de courses. IA bien dosée, graphismes très corrects et bande son excellente pour peu, que l'on aime se faire une promen...

« Gas Guzzlers: Combat Carnage — это гоночно-боевая игра с элементами аркады, разработанная компанией Gamepires в 2012 году. Игрокам предлагается принять участие в экстремальных гонках на различных трассах, где на них будут нападать соперники, используя различное вооружение и технику. В игре доступно несколько режимов, включая кампанию, быструю гонку и многопользовательскую игру. Некоторые режимы позволяют игрокам сражаться в команде с другими игроками или друг против друга в PvP-баталиях. Особенностью Gas Guzzlers: Combat Carnage является большой выбор оружия, которое можно установить на свой автомобиль. Игра имеет красивую графику и реалистичную физику, а также динамичный геймплей.Я немного играл в гонки, так еще и в боевые, вроде как люблю шутеры, а это гонки + шутер = боевые гонки, как «Смертельная гонка», типа, но из-за того, что нет прицела и что неудобно было стрелять, мне было проще перегнать всех, а если это тип гонки, где 7 кругов кататься, то пытался выводить по одному. Если на 7 кругов это была гонка на выживание, то есть еще 2 типа гонок, обычные и что-то усредненное, где есть пушки, но цель всех обогнать. Карт, на самом деле, мало, все время повторяются.Мультиплеер в этой игре, к сожалению, мёрт, а сюжетка представляет собой набивку очков и участие в 3 турнирах.Кроме этого, есть элемент прокачки, как машин, так и пушек, которые переходят от машины к машине, а 3 турика — это потому что тут 3 типа машин: медленные, средние и быстрые. Также их можно продавать, чтоб купить следующую или апгрейды на некст-машину. При прокачке машины нужно думать, так как если купить часть уровня 3, допустим, то 1–2 купятся автоматически — дешевле выйдет. Можно кастомизировать машину, но я этим не занимался, кроме покраски цвета.Русский в игре есть но пришлось прописывать в файле настроек чтоб его включить.Еще мне понравилась механика зарядки турбо: тут, когда что-то сбиваешь, оно пополняется и врезаешься в другие машины.Музыка, как и карты, так и фразы водителей уже намертво вбились в голову, то есть их слишком мало и повторяются.По итогу я бы вам посоветовал обратить внимание на Gas Guzzlers Extreme, так и мульт живой относительно, и графон, и доп. активности, и машин больше, а суть такая же. »
« Very enjoyable racing game. Many cars, weapons, and tracks. Definitely reminds me of death rally, except it's much more modern. Nice looking game as well. You can drive conservative or reckless, either way works. Recommend to any racing fan or someone looking for a casual/arcade racing game. »
« This game has SO MUCH **** holy damn I can't even beat the first race on easy mode. Therefore I can't even access the battle races, which are the only reason I wanted to try this game anyways. The sound is pretty terrible too, but overall the gameplay looks insanely **** I could even get down to it. »

« Usually I don't like racing games but this one caught my attention. The graphics is great but I was mostly impressed with engaging and addictive gameplay. The game does a very good job in making me enjoy shooting my opponents and tearing the metal from them. There is a decent selection of cars and weapons and there is also a set of powerups that spice up the races. On the downside, the game is hard even on easy. Sometimes it can be frustrating to repeat the race 5 times to get in a first 3. It is not that hard when you learn to play, but still. The good side of its difficulty is a sense of accomplishment when you fight for your life and eliminate the opponent at the last moment. All in all, a good game with a lot of potential. »
