Golf With Your Friends est un jeu de minigolf multijoueur développé par Blacklight Interactive et publié par Team17, sorti le 29 janvier 2016. Le concept central est simple et social : s'amuser au golf avec ses amis. Il propose des parties pour jusqu'à 12 joueurs en simultané, avec l'idée que rien n'est hors des limites sur des parcours endiablés et stimulants.
Le jeu met en avant plusieurs fonctionnalités principales. Il offre un multijoueur en ligne où les joueurs peuvent affronter jusqu'à 11 autres participants. Les parcours sont à thème, avec des mécaniques et des trous uniques, incluant des univers comme un thème pirate, ancien ou une collaboration avec Worms. Les joueurs peuvent également utiliser des améliorations pour piéger les balles de leurs adversaires, comme les coincer dans du miel, les geler ou les transformer en cube.
Trois modes de jeu sont disponibles : le mode Minigolf classique, le mode Paniers et le mode Hockey. Un éditeur de niveaux permet de créer, partager et jouer sur des parcours personnalisés. Enfin, des objets de personnalisation comme des chapeaux, des skins et des traînées de balles sont à débloquer pour arpenter les greens avec style.
Concernant l'accueil, la presse a globalement salué l'aspect multijoueur et l'originalité. IGN Italia a par exemple estimé que le jeu, « riche en idées et en options », était un « excellent multijoueur malgré quelques défauts ». COGconnected a souligné que le jeu est « facile à prendre en main mais difficile à maîtriser, comme toutes les meilleures parties ». Certains joueurs ont exprimé des avis très contrastés, louant l'amusement procuré en groupe ou, au contraire, pointant du doigt des problèmes techniques, une physique surprenante ou une bande-son répétitive.

« one of the worst games i've played in the last few years!! the physics are SO off. you shoot in an 45 degree angle on an even boundary and the ball doesn't only NOT bounce in the same angle, it just bounces 90 degrees in the wrong direction. the bar where you can set the power to shoot is completely random. you can do it exact the same way multiple times and it will differ every single time. for example: on the same spot you should uphill with full power. sometimes the ball is too short to reach the edge to the next level & sometimes it's way to much power and it goes out of bounds. also if you have to shoot and there is a gap in-between you can land 1 meter after the obstacle and the ball glitches through the floor and you have to start again. it is unplayable and a torture. definitely won't recommend this game. the music and the level designs are awesome, that's why it gets 2 instead of 0 points »

« Music is nice, visuals are okay, but the hole/level designs are just bad. You can be under par for a fair few number of holes, then BAM you're faced with a hole, which is near impossible to complete under the par limit. And then the next one is **** the one after that is even worse. They give you a par 4 on a hole that takes about six shots to even get near the hole. Controls are not great either and you either overshoot or undershoot. This game is a mess. »
