Excellent !

The most baffling apostrophe in gaming history: a PC Gamer investigation
"Minishoot’ Adventures is a delight, questionable apostrophe use in the title and all," we wrote back in 2024, in a roundup of the year's great crop of metroidvanias. Compared to its contemporaries Animal Well and Nine Sols, Minishoot' Adventures didn't get a ton of attention two years ago, but it was a realhead's hidden gem pick for 2024 thanks to its clever amalgamation of ideas. "Exploring Zelda-like dungeons as an increasingly mighty little spaceship is such an inspired genre mash-up that I keep having to pause the game to applaud and throw flowers at it," PC Gamer contributor Abbie Stone said... Pew Pew Bundles: 4 games you've missed!
If you finished Minishoot' and need more Pew Pew action, I asked 4 of my favorite shooters on Steam to bundle with us at a discount. I've played dozen of shooters indie on Steam, and while these 4 all are quite different from Minishoot' I love them each for different reasons and I wanted to share these with you today. https://store.steampowered.com/bundle/51372/Pew_Pew_Bundle/ GUNFIELD Incredibly juicy gamefeel and polished pixel art. It combines survivor elements with tight shmup gameplay, which is incredibly enticing, especially with all the permanent unlocks and upgrades. I completed countless runs and will keep coming back for more. {STEAM_CLAN_IMAGE}/40609424/9a43bc2b70129b47875de970db3e04255dcdcfd2.png Operation Steel It may looks simple but Operation Steel excels in level design and pacing, making each run a joy. Balance your skills, weapons, money and health to reach the end of a succession of handcrafted branching stages. While the main game difficulty is somewhat manageable, the Hard mode is testing me :D {STEAM_CLAN_IMAGE}/40609424/5df36eba6c4a3aafbbad591722498616d06e0468.png Escape Space What I hate in most shmup is the lack of meta progression. Here comes Escape Space, which adds lite RPG elements that will make you keep coming back for more, with its missions based progression. While the game is not perfect, it got me HOOKED pretty hard, and I cherished my time with it. Sequel needed. {STEAM_CLAN_IMAGE}/40609424/8156559615010a5b38e21153ea791fcb81b258d6.png Lilac 0 One of the crispiest pixel art shmup out there that modernises the genre with his top notch gamefeel and spiced up arcade gameplay. It's tough but also very retry friendly, with unlockable Continues and permanent stage progression. Each stage is tightly designed and will put your knowledge to the test. {STEAM_CLAN_IMAGE}/40609424/9c8ad6e8ef811d1d3e94abe89d513b6e84dff991.png If you like only some of them, you can wishlist and buy them separetely! Critiques de la Presse (Metacritic)
« Minishoot' Adventures is a standout that combines the best elements of two beloved genres into a cohesive and engaging experience. »
« Thanks to its excellent utilization of well-worn Zelda-inspired conventions and enough unique twists to differentiate it from the pack, Minishoot' Adventures delivers an outstanding bullet-hell experience with less frustration than most entries in the genre. I didn't set out to 100 percent Minishoot' Adventures, but by the time I reached the end of the the story, I had experienced everything the game has to offer, a testament to how enamored I am with this fun, twin-stick title. Minishoot' Adventures bridges the gaps between disparate genres with outstanding gameplay and thoughtful level design to deliver one of the best games I've played all year. »
« It’s so pretty, and so happy, and somehow non-verbal spaceships are able to have meaningful relationships. More importantly, Minishoot is also exquisitely well designed, with splendid dungeons to puzzle and fight through, and a vast overworld that’s so smothered in secrets that I’m still revelling in finding every part of the game long after I’ve rolled credits. This is utterly stunning. »
« Minishoot' Adventures is a fantastic twin stick twist on the classic Zelda formula we all know and love, and it's serious hard to put down. »
« Minishoot’ Adventures is great, plain and simple. It’s oozing charm from its art style and UI to gameplay and exploration. It’s a game you want to complete 100%, and I wouldn’t have it any other way. »
« Minishoot’ Adventures is a game that’s easy to bestow praise upon. It’s easy on the eyes, being clean and colourful, and its soundtrack is a bit of a treat. But most important of all, it’s an absolute joy to play. From the minute you take control of your small ship and discover that it’s a joy to manoeuvre, chances are you’ll be hooked. From then on, you’ll just be focused on exploring the game’s wonderfully crafted world and making your ship mighty. »
« Minishoot Adventures is a fantastic little game that deserves all the love it can get, and a great fusion of two genres that don't get to play together anywhere near often enough. »
« Minishoot' Adventures is a non hand holding, bullet hell, Legend of Zelda like shoot-em-up with Smash TV elements. If you want a game with all that thrown in, then this game is for you. Don't sleep on this one. It's so good. You're guaranteed to lose your ship. »
Avis des Joueurs (Metacritic)
« great game!! I had this game in my backlog for some time, and now that I am playing I thought: Why didn´t i start playing this earlier! »
« It is heavily inspired by Zelda, mixing the well-known formula with spaceship combat like Gradius and Ikaruga. What a fantastic idea! I found it super addictive, charming, it was a delight to explore the sets and the game lasts the ideal amount of time. I just don't give it a perfect score, because I thought the lore and characters are extremely shallow. »
« A little gem ****. Didn't expect much, but it's kept me coming back again and again and I'll happily finish it. »
« Petite pépite inattendue apparue dans le GP. Agréablement surpris, un hybride entre shoot'em up et exploration d'une carte à la zelda. Fini à 100% dans la difficulté maximale. Je recommande. »
« Very solid gameplay, it's fun that it has a story, graphics are charming, good level design and it's even kinda difficult which is appreciated. »
« Se você gosta de legend of zelda do super Nintendo, e jogos de "navinha︎... vai amar esse jogo.. »
« Super fun! It’s a very light game: easy and short. I enjoyed every minute of it! More relaxing than stressful. Congrats to the team! »
« Didn't have a lot of fun but something about finding where to go next & collecting the achievements made this game addictive to me, I ended up putting 20 hours into it to 100% it. Game is probably only supposed to be 16 hours, but I was stuck looking for hidden paths so many times & a couple of the races took me 40+ tries to finally beat. »
