À propos du jeu

When the world is coming to an end, who would you want to speak to one last time?

In that final moment, if you could accompany souls wandering between life and death, what words would you choose to share with them?

Schrödinger’s Call gently unfolds a picture-book-like world.

It speaks softly to your heart, helping you notice what truly matters, once more.

Through the lingering regrets of others, we hope this story quietly shines a light on you too.

Story Overview

Twenty-one nanoseconds separate life from death.

The moon is about to fall, and only a moment remains before everything ends.

Mary wakes up in a strange room, her memories gone.

Guided by a mysterious cat named Hamlet, she becomes the “World’s Last Confidant.”

With a single phone by her side, Mary listens to the voices on the other end.

To the lives they lived, and the moments they left behind, just before the moon fell.

A Phone Call That Saves Souls

Phone calls left unfinished by the falling moon. Voices of those still trapped between life and death, waiting for someone to pick up the phone again.

Words left unsaid, feelings never realized, and the people they wished they could see one last time.

As Mary notes down these lingering regrets, chapter by chapter, she walks alongside the voices on the other end—and perhaps, you begin to see what truly matters as well.

How will Mary listen to the words of souls still wandering between life and death?

How will she walk alongside them?

And with only twenty-one nanoseconds left before the world ends, what words would you choose to share with them?

Noisy Pixel 100/100

« Schrödinger’s Call is a deeply emotional visual novel that blends mystery, magical realism, and psychological drama into one unforgettable experience. Acrobatic Chirimenjako delivers a hauntingly beautiful narrative supported by striking gothic visuals, exceptional sound design, and thematic storytelling that explores loneliness, grief, and human connection with remarkable sincerity. While its linear structure and heavy emotional tone may not appeal to everyone, Schrödinger’s Call stands as one of the most affecting and artistically cohesive visual novels in recent years. »

Cubed3 100/100

« Schrödinger's Call is a beautifully tragic portrayal of acceptance, human nature, and the end of the world. This is told in a unique way that combines words and visuals in a distinct visual novel style. It is a very ambitious task that Acrobatic Chirimenjako has taken on, which could have made it feel inaccessible to a wider player base. However, the choice of a visual art style with a familiar mood to classic gothic literature and melancholic fables makes it feel both familiar and fresh. This is an experience fans of literature and gaming should enjoy at least once, maybe even twice, as the story has so many layers that are unlikely to be fully unravelled during a first playthrough. »

Try Hard Guides 100/100

« Schrödinger’s Call is the best visual novel I’ve experienced in years. Between its incredible visuals, sensational score, and heartbreaking story full of twists and tear-jerking turns, you are bound to leave this incredible narrative experience different from the one you were. »

Gamer Social Club 95/100

« Schrodinger’s Call is a beautiful yet haunting visual novel touching upon the human condition. We explore love, grief, human connection, and the memories that haunt, harm, and heals us. Be it the little white lies we tell ourselves or the the strength we find to face the truth. It is at its core a visual novel which means the game play will feel minimal for many. It’s strength is in the story. It is how it causes us to reflect upon our selves. Schrodinger’s Call will call out to players, wanting them to connect with those important to them. It reminds you that you are not alone, you are loved, you are important, and you matter. There is someone out there waiting to hear your voice. Call them before it’s too late. »

RPG Fan 95/100

« Schrödinger’s Call is a transcendent experience, one that I had to take multiple breaks from due to how heavy and emotional it was. It stands as one of the most thoughtfully designed and written video games I have ever played, and I would recommend just about anyone who is looking to feel something to try it out. If I can ensure you leave this review with one thing in mind: we are only on this planet for so long, so make sure it’s a good time. »

Digital Chumps 95/100

« Schrödinger’s Call developer Acrobatic Chirimenjako is a well-made visual novel experience that brings tragedy, good storylines, and enough interactivity to keep the player firmly engaged with the experience. »

Loot Level Chill 95/100

« Schrödinger's Call is beautiful game about loss and regret, with some of the most beautiful audio and visuals I've ever experienced in a game. »

Hardcore Gamer 90/100

« Schrödinger’s Call is an impressive adventure game that offers an emotional dive into various tragedies, using empathy as a guiding force. Just as Mary works her way through people’s stories trying to find hope along with the truth, this is an experience that can resonate with people beyond the screen. It’s one of those games that is so fascinating to see in motion because it has something to say and a strong vision of how to present it in terms of atmosphere and style. »

Mirtul 10/10

« My favorite game of the year. The art, music and storytelling is absolutely amazing. I have never cried more in a game. What seems like an emotional VN develops more and more into a masterclass in writing the further the story goes and at the end you will come out with your own experience to interpret. Well worth a replay - not to discover new content, but to rediscover it with new eyes. »

Wellbal 10/10

« I have never done any review on any game before so that says how much i loved it. My god i have no words for it, it's genuinely a masterpiece that ached my soul. It left a hole in my chest. My all time favourite game »

ejoseph 1/10

« I’m about 2-3 hours into this. I’m getting the feeling this game is aimed at adolescents. The box art makes it seem like it could be suspenseful or scary or at least something aimed at adults. I’m not enjoying this but since I spent 20 bucks on it I’ll try and finish it. Maybe my review will change at the end. And yes I like games like House in Fata Morgana (which was amazing), but this game is not that. »

tmmm 10/10

« This is a truly beautiful game. I hope as many people as possible will give it a try. »
