« This is a game of knowledge and strategy. To win you must build on your (hopefully) correct answers as you click on various areas of the world map game board in order to win reach geographic dominance. Playing it with friends as your opponents is a lot of fun and laughs. You have opportunities to challenge your opponent’s dominance in an area in order to win. It’s a combination of Jeopardy and Risk. Great graphics. »

« What a fun game ! My friends and I loved getting questions from all over the world. Many questions were fun and nearly all have a humorous choice. We got better at strategizing as we went along. Plus, as we understood how to use the cards, they helped us to gain the lead several times. It is addicting (and a fun way to broaden my horizons without leaving my home). »
« SCOOP! Around the World in 80 Spaces has a remarkable mix of wit and strategy. Players are TV news networks (Sox News, ZNN, MXMBC) trying to cover the world. I love the fact that if I go for Florida, I get an intelligent and often fun question about Florida. Ditto Paris, Japan and Northern and Southern California. The questions are not just about geography, but also about movies, animals and food. Players have to open 3 bureaus in different parts of the world, and can also take away each other's spaces, so there are a lot of ways to win. »
