SpeedRunners est un jeu de plateforme compétitif jouable à 4 comportant des grappins, power-ups, and des environnements interactif. Courez, sautez, balancez-vous, tirez des roquettes et aggripez-vous aux autres pour les éjecter hors de l'écran.

There is a new King!
Good Timezone everybody, this time I am here with the announcements from the end of this season! Ahmad has won King of Speed 2026, becoming the Undisputed Champion of SpeedRunners! After a brutal 9 hour tournament, Ahmad is officially the King of Speed as well as the Lord of Running. The prize pool for this tournament exceeded $800 thanks to all of your generous contributions, and is currently being processed by Matcherino for payouts. Supporter and participation badges are coming! Everyone who donated at least $5 to the prize pool was promised a badge in exchange for their support, and those have been handed out now! There is also a badge for each player that participated in King of Speed as a reward for being able to make it to such a high-level tournament. The map survey and contest are now both over! Coastline, Club House and Surfing in the oasis have unfortunately failed to meet the minimum qualifications in the survey this time around, so they will have to be removed from the curation list. For the contest, we will be adding in Banished Keep as the winner! King of Speed TV: Season Beta, coming in July! King of Speed TV will be taking a month long break in order to make some changes to the structure of the next season based off of the feedback that players have given us from this past season as well as some other ideas that we have had. After we return, expect monthly announcements in the discord, and the occasional steam announcement as well. This is also a quick reminder that if you are disappointed in the results of the survey or the contest, we will be running another set of each in about 6 months, so you can vote again or resubmit your map then. If anybody has any questions, I will be monitoring the replies to this announcement for at least a week, and you can always DM or ping me in the SpeedRunners Discord. Curated map voting begins!
Good Timezone everybody, it is time for voting to begin! Based off of last-minute submissions and some map corrections that enabled a map to just barely squeak by, we have a total of 7 maps in contention once again. If you would like to vote, please do so here. Votes will be collected until 1 week after this announcement, at which point both the curation results and the map survey results will take effect. If you would like to contribute to the latter, you can do so here. And last but not least, King of Speed is happening this weekend. Map Contest Updates and More!
Good Timezone everybody, I have some updates for you all! First and foremost, {STEAM_CLAN_IMAGE}/4468079/72cae64aff3e96ffb4f6da9ae9a2e3af234c76ca.png The King of Speed Matcherino is up! This prize pool will be going entirely to the competitors in the 2026 King of Speed tournament. Any individual that donates at least $5 will receive this year's supporter badge, provided that they contact me to redeem it (you can message me through Discord or Steam). Additionally, I will be personally matching up to $200 in contributions to the prize pool. Unfortunately we do not have the single-click free donation this year (trying to get that set up is a main reason why this announcement is late), though that may change at some point prior to the tournament. If you would like to contribute, click here. The Map Survey Continues! We have so far received over 40 votes on which maps should remain in the curated pool and which (if any) should make a comeback after the previous removal. I encourage everybody to take the survey, as with more responses we will have a more accurate picture of what the community wants. If you would like to do so, click here. Map Contest Phase 1 Concludes! This season we have received 7 submissions, 5 of which have passed inspection! For those of you who have submitted the other 2, I will be contacting you shortly about the steps that can be taken to fix the issues that we found. If a new version is created that fixes these issues, they will be added to the final vote, as will any additional submissions that come in later and pass the inspection.
