Sorti le 24 août 2008 sur Uzebox, ce Tetris constitue un portage non officiel du célèbre jeu de réflexion développé par Dominik Kristen et Alec Bourque sous l'étiquette Belogic. Le titre reprend les fondamentaux du genre puzzle sur cette plateforme matérielle spécifique.
Côté durée de vie, il faut compter environ trois heures pour boucler l'expérience principale, tandis que les joueurs visant l'exhaustivité y consacreront près de onze heures et demie.
La presse spécialisée a salué la qualité de cette adaptation. Playstation Official Magazine UK la qualifiait d'« achat indispensable pour quiconque possède deux pouces » dans son numéro de décembre 2009, tandis que Play UK mettait en avant « une grande variété de modes de jeu réellement divertissants » dans son numéro 186. Du côté des joueurs, l'accueil est tout aussi enthousiaste : l'un d'eux résume l'expérience en affirmant qu'il s'agit « juste de Tetris, vous n'avez besoin d'aucune autre raison pour y jouer, ce jeu me rend heureux », un autre estimant que le simple fait que ce soit Tetris « devrait être plus que suffisant pour expliquer pourquoi ce jeu mérite un 10 ».
