Gameplay de The Mean Greens: Plastic Warfare

GameWatcher 70/100

« The Mean Greens is one of the simplest multiplayer games ever with about quarter the depth of the already puddle-thin Star Wars Battlefront, and yet for a quick blast now and again that type of game is totally fine. »

Brash Games 70/100

« A game that hits you with it’s playful aesthetic and novel concept. »

Hardcore Gamer 60/100

« The Mean Greens has a strong core concept, but wrapped around it is a game that feels a few major patches short of its potential. Levels are clever and gameplay modes are varied, but the shooting is imprecise and lackluster and without specializations or level incentives, there isn’t much reason to keep playing. »

GameSpot 40/100

« When there are much better multiplayer shooters on the market, a lot of which are completely free to play, it's impossible to recommend The Mean Greens - Plastic Warfare. If you want to play with army men badly enough, I recommend looking for the ones you had as a kid or making a trip to the dollar store. »

« I love Army Men and with a deep discount this was an easy purchase for me. Very cute graphics that fit the Army Men theme left a positive initial impression. Unfortunately, the make-up wears off after a couple of hours and you are left with a very one-dimensional shooter. 5.5/10 »

« The combat system doesn't feel good in any of the many modes, it just doesn't work how it's supposed to especially because some maps are way too big for the 10 player limit. The beautiful scenarios and sound design however, end up saving the experience pulling our nostalgia strings to make us feel like we're in the toys world. »

« Actually funny! A trilha sonora é divertida e o jogo é otimizado suficientemente bem. »

« As a multiplayer-only shooter, I feel it's only shortcoming is the lack of players. Otherwise, The Mean Greens is a really well optimized and satisfying third-person with a nice selection of maps. »

« 1 – GENERAL The Mean Greens Plastic Warfare is a team based cartoon third person shooter. You play as a plastic toy soldier and you simply have to play alongside your teammates to eliminate the other team. There's one all vs all map, most in all the others is very important to focus in your objectives as a team, or you'll be wrecked! There's only multiplayer, so no solo campaigns in this game. Every map as it's own soundtrack, and most of them are very good and atmospheric. Sometimes I'm playing and whistling the song at the same time. Great! The game uses Unreal engine 4, so the graphics are quite good, and all runs smooth on my PC. Not notice any popups of bugs. I've noticed one or two glitches, and that's it. 2 – GAMEPLAY You have the expected and usual gamemodes in this kind of games. The interesting part of the game is mostly the theme and graphics. The controls are very simple, all works well and accurate, if you want a nice, sweet and smooth game you will like this one. You jump in the game fully armed. There's no ammo refills, so use them wisely. The gameplay is not very quick, and your character should be able to take one or two shots, so I have to say that this game is very noob friendly, but do not be fooled by that, the more skilled players will dominate almost all fights, so choose them carefully. You have a lot of maps to play in, so you will not get tired of the game very quickly. On top of that this is a very casual game so you can jump to it just to play a round or two, and then leave again. ATM there's not much people playing the game, but I could still have some full matches to play, most of the time with new players like me, so the problem should be in the retention rate of the community. There's no competition to have in this game. It's positive for those who like to keep it simple and casual, but for the hardcore competitive gamers this game does not have much to offer. There's no customization options, so the **** will not like this game also. 3 – CONCLUSION I just love games like this one. To be honest this was one of the best I've play lately. It's simple and fair. It's really a shame it doesn't have the playerbase it deserves, but it's still a great, fun, small game at a fair price. Just try it! »

« I'd say it's okay at best. It's not the best PC shooter by far. It may be cheap but I got much more play time out of more expensive shooters. When I did play it was an absolute nightmare to join a match. I eventually became more invested in the Youtube video I had playing while matchmaking (yes it was that bad) than the game itself. I gave it a chance though. »

« If you ever liked Sarge's Heroes GET THIS GAME! I actually had more fun with this than Black Ops 3. This is a faithful upgrade to the classic Army Men games. it is a steal for $15. This is actually the most fun I have had in a shooter in quite sometime, The only reason I did not give it a 10 is because of the lack of split screen, (which is supposed to be added later). It is refreshing to play a shooter that is pure fun and not have to worry about prestige, leveling up etc, and at the same time does not hold your hand (no auto aim). Definitely pick this up. »
